WPM trains churches to intentionally develop congregants—not only as attendees, but as maturing disciples, leaders, and co-laborers. This includes training that helps dismantle the silent barrier between pastor and congregation by building shared language, shared responsibility, and shared pathways for growth and service.
WPM equips churches to assess the socioeconomic conditions in the communities where they are located and to respond with wise, measurable, and culturally grounded strategies. Churches learn how to identify priority needs, interpret community realities, and build sustainable interventions in partnership with community stakeholders.
WPM develops curriculum for children, youth, and adults across diverse environments including church settings, community settings, schools, and correctional spaces. This includes curriculum designed for specialized contexts, such as re-entry programming for men returning from incarceration, and future curriculum development for children to support identity and formation.
